Kumar Appaiah is a graduate student of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin, USA. He has been a GNU/Linux user for several years, and believes that Free Software has helped him do work more neatly, quickly, and efficiently. He is a fan of Debian GNU/Linux.
Among the other things he loves are good food, classical music (Indian and Western) and his home town, Chennai, India.
